The book

The book is the compilation and creation of the vision and wisdom of two eminent academicians and authors. The Editors

Dr. Savita Mishra (b.1973) is a Principal, Vidyasagar College of Education, Phansidewa, Darjeeling, West Bengal. She has impeccable records of eighteen years of teaching and research activities.She is continuously engaged in organizing National and International level conferences, webinars and workshops for dissemination of knowledge and expertise to the stakeholders of education. She has written more than hundred research articles in reputed National and International journals and edited books &authored 60 books. She has also developed a psychological tool for assessing Attitude towards Science. She is the Vice-President of Council of Teacher Education (Eastern Zone); Scientist, IAEC; Member of Board of Studies, National resource person of MGNCRE, Ministry of Education, Government of India, members of advisory and editorial board of national and international journals, Founder and Secretary of RYES and Visiting Professor of some of the Universities including Academic Staff Colleges. She has awarded Best Teacher Award 2010 from Sikkim central University, Best Principal award 2020, Best Academician Award 2020, Celebrity writer award 2020, Excellent Achiever award 2020, Women Researcher Award 2021, Best Teacher Award (Higher Education) 2021 and Outstanding Scientist Award 2021. She has been conferred the title of ‘Leading Educationists of the World’ by IBC, Cambridge, London.

Prof (Dr.) Vipin Sharma (b.1969) is presently working as Faculty & Director, Planning & Development, English Language Institute, Jazan University, Jazan in Saudi Arabia. He has 26 years of experience in teaching, administration, and research. During this period, he has been involved in the Undergraduate Teaching, Post Graduate Teaching, Academic Research, Monitoring & Evaluation of various academic programs in different capacities, training & capacity building of the academic staff, etc. He has been closely associated with social works and has contributed to different social awareness work individually or as a member of committees or groups. He has more than 60 papers published in various international journals, magazines, and edited books. He has three books and six edited books to his credit. His areas of interest are English language teaching, Business Communication, Technical Writing, Professional development, ecocriticism, sociolinguistics, and American literature.
