Kuldeep Singh (b. 1964) is a professor & Principal at JCD Institute of Business Management, Sirsa (Haryana).  He has earned his doctorate from CCS University, Meerut and MBA & PGDBM from University of Poona, Pune.  He has been teaching Managerial Economics and Operations Research for more than fifteen years.  He is a member of All India Management Association, New Delhi. He is the life member of The Society for Management Education, Kurukshetra.  He is also associated with many educational institutions viz. SRM Institute of Management & Technology, Modi Nagar (U.P) since 1998.  Thirty two candidates have been awarded M.Phil degree under his supervision.  He has also supervised more than 150 MBA students in their research projects.  He has written more than ten research papers which have been published in reputed and refereed journals and several research papers presented in conferences.  His area of specialization is Economics, Marketing and Operation Research. Monica Bansal  (b. 1979)  is post graduate in Commerce from Kurukshetra University with distinctions and M.Phil in Commerce from Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa.  She completed her doctorate in Business Management from Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (Haryana), in August 2008.  She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies, Jan Nayak Ch. Devi Lal Memorial College of Engineering, Sirsa.  She has been enjoying her profession of teaching and research for more than six years.  She is a prolific writer and has to her credit more than 20 research papers in reputed and refereed journals related to Management, Finance and Marketing.  She has attended and contributed in more than 32 national and international level Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. Her area of specialization is Finance and Marketing.
