Dr. Ram Sakal Singh took his M.A. degree in Political Science from the Magadh University in 1968, and Ph.D. in Political Science from the Patna University in 1979. He was awarded D.Litt. degree from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. He joined as Head, Department of Political Science in S.N. Sinha College, Hehanabad in 1970. Presently he is University Professor of Political Science in P.G. Centre, Nalanda College, Biharshariff. He has already published a number of books. Several of his research articles have been published in leading research Journals of Political Science. He has also contributed and read papers in a number of Seminars held under auspices of different universities of India. Dr. Champa Singh (b. 1952) took her M.A. degree in Political Science from Magadh University in 1980. And Ph.D. in Political Science in 1987. She joined as Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Ayodhya Mahilla College, Biharshariff in 1983. Several of her research articles have been published in leading and reputed research journals. She has also contributed a read papers in a number of Seminars held by Indian Political Science Association.
