Prof. Shailendra Kumar Singh, MBA from IIBM, Magadh University has been teaching Management Sciences from 1981 at Post Graduate levels. He has been associated with National Institute of Personnel Management, Calcutta. Indian Society of Technical Education. New Delhi for last many years. As conference organiser and trainer, he has conducted more than 100 EDP’s seminars and workshops. He has authored more than a dozen books and monographs in the areas related to Management, Advertising and Marketing. Dr. Subhash C. Kundu after completing his M.Com. has served in the Department of Business Studies of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra for eleven years. During his academic pursuit, he has specialised in International Management, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. He has published several papers in the reputed journals. He has also to his credit a book Comparative Human Resource Management, published by Mittal Publications, New Delhi. Presently he is Reader in the Department of Business Management, Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar. Prof. Ms. Shoba Singh, has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from National centre for Developmental Communications and is associated with National Council for Technical & Vocational Educational Research & Training, New Delhi as its Asst.
