Raghubir Dayal (b. 1942) is an alumnus of the IIT, Bombay, obtaining his Master’s degree in Technology, with specialisation in Control Systems, from the reputed institute. He worked with Balmer and Co. as Purchase Manager for over nine years and joined Small industries Research Institute, Pune Industrial Estate, first as Assistant Director and was subsequently joint Director (Planning). He is currently coordinator and Joint Director, Indian School of Management, New Delhi. Peter Zachariah (b. 1944) obtained his MBA from the University of Cochin and a PGDIBM from the Liverpool School of Business Management. He was representative in Kuala Lampur of the Teflon Co., USA, and subsequently took up a senior position in the Calcutta office of the International Woolcombers Association. He is consultant with three leading multinational offices in India and is also author of two management books standardisation and Quality Control in Organic Fibres Industry and Prime Commodity Markets. Kireet Rajpal (b. 1954) is Fellow at the Institute of Manpower and Management Development, New Delhi. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the BHU and has seen over ten years of senior-level service in Small Industries Extension Institute and the West Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has written over a dozen papers for both States and national level seminars and training workshops. His book on Economics of the Textile Chemicals Industry is recognised as a standard work on the subject.
