The present book is an attempt towards acquainting the students, teachers, educators and researchers with some important concepts, theories and strategies of Teaching/Learning, Education, Psychology and Philosophy. Intakhab Alam Khan (b.1964) obtained B.A. (Honours) and M.A. in English from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, U.P. Later, he joined Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi and passed B.Ed., M.Ed. Examinations in First division. He was awarded M.Phil. and Ph.D. )Edu.) degrees from the same university. He was given an honour of a D.Litt. degree in Education by the International University of Contemporary studies, Washington D.C., U.S.A. He joined Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi as a Lecturer in 1989 and served until 1995. He has been associated with the College of Health Sciences, (a part of Jazan University. Jazan, KSA). He was the Head, Department of English and Coordinator (English). Presently, Dr. Khan is working as Asst. Professor at King Abdul Aziz University, Community College, Jeddah, KSA. He has been associated with various socio-educational activities and organizations. He was the Founder Associate Editor of 'Global Peace' (An International Journal, being published from Meerut, U.P.). Presently he is the Founder Editor of Global Education, Society and Development (An International Journal of Academicians) being published from Delhi. He has scores of Papers/articles to his credit besides having some books published by different publishers of Delhi. His popular books are: 1. Difficulties in English: Contrastive Approach. 2.
