At present, Dr. Singh is teaching Post Graduate Classes and guiding research in the Department of Public Administration, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana.) Dr. Singh is a Member of PG Board of Studies in Public Administration of Kurukshetra University. Dr. Singh has many research pepers to his credit which have been published in leading journals and edited books. A prolific writer, he has many scholarly books to his credit including Rural Development Administration and Anti-Poverty Programmes, and Administrative Law (in Punjab) Dr. Singh has participated and presented research papers in several National Seminars and Conferences. His field of specialization and interest are Rural Development and Indian Administration and Economic Administration.
